The free AdWords Account Management Offer is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Potential clients must either have an existing AdWords account with a monthly budget of at least $200 (U.S.) or local equivalent that has been active for at least two full calendar months.
2. The budgetary requirement must be met for the entire trial period.
3. The trial period will be for a period of 2 calendar months from the date the trial commences.
4. If I am able to reduce your cost-per-click across your account as a whole by 15% or more, without reducing the number of clicks, you agree to retain my services for an additional period of no less than three (3) months at the appropriate rate as per my AdWords fee schedule.
5. The reduction in cost-per-click is the average cost-per-click over the last 10 days of the trial period as compared to the last 10 days before the trial period, as reported by the AdWords management interface at http://adwords.google.com/
6. If I am unable to reduce your account-wide cost-per-click by 15% or more, you will have no further obligations and your account will be returned to its pre-trial state.
7. By accepting this offer, you are agreeing that any legal disputes arising from this offer will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any applicable European Community law. You also agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought within the courts of England and Wales.
